The real work of brand strategy, one true thing at a time.

Morning Cup of Brand Spark is the solo show from brand strategist Gina Dunn. Every episode is one thing she’d tell a client across the table, with the fee stripped out. The audit she runs in her head. Why your website waits. What AI is doing to your voice and how to stop it. Built for the woman founder who knows she’s good and can’t yet name what makes her different. No hype, no filler, episodes that fit inside a coffee.

About the Show

A podcast for people who’d rather hear the real thing than the polished version.

Season 3 is called The Real Work, and it’s just Gina. One episode, one true thing about brand strategy, said the way she’d say it to a client in the room. Season 1 was daily solo sparks. Season 2 brought guests into the mirror. The Mirror Not Mask series carried the in-between. Now the show is home: solo, short, and built for the woman founder who’s ready to stop performing and be seen.

To give away real brand judgment in small, usable pieces. Every episode is what Gina would tell a founder across the table, and every one ends with something you can do the same day.

A show where being seen never requires performing. Where clarity beats noise. Where the mirror is the microphone.

Season 3 is now live!

Meet the Show Host

Meet the voice behind the mic.

Gina Dunn

Host of Morning Cup of Brand Spark

Brand strategist. Founder of OG Solutions. Mom. Lives in the Netherlands with one kid, three Pomsky dogs, and a quiet obsession with how language shapes whether people get seen or stay invisible. Started this podcast because most brand conversations skip the part that actually matters: the moment a founder realizes the version of themselves they’ve been performing isn’t the version they want to keep building.

Why listeners choose Brand Spark

One cup. One true thing.

Most podcasts ask for an hour. Brand Spark fits inside a coffee. Episodes run eight to fifteen minutes, one clear point each, because that’s the size a real insight actually is. Everything else was filler anyway.

You’ll hear founders, artists, operators, and strategists talk about the moments that changed how they see their work. No script. No filler. Just one cup and one story.

Questions we get a lot

Frequently asked, honestly answered.

How do I listen on my phone?

Find Brand Spark on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, or Amazon Music. Search “Morning Cup of Brand Spark” and hit subscribe. The episode pulls in automatically every Friday morning.

Is the podcast free?

Yes. Always has been, always will be. The work-with-us offers further down the page are for founders who want to launch or grow their own podcast.

Can I be a guest on the show?

The guest room opens occasionally, when someone is genuinely worth the room. There’s no application pipeline and no guest season. If a conversation is worth having, it happens, and it still carries one true thing like every other episode.

How do I unsubscribe?

Whatever app you use, hit the show page and tap “unfollow” or “unsubscribe.” We won’t take it personally. But also, just hide it for a week and see if you miss it.

What's the difference between guest episodes and solo episodes?

Season 3 is a solo show. Gina records one true thing about brand strategy per episode, organized in chapters that follow the order of a real brand build. The occasional guest episode is a bonus, never a format, and it’s bookended by Gina so it still carries the show’s point of view.

How often are new episodes released?

When there’s something worth saying. Season 3 is deliberately not weekly: no treadmill, no filler episodes shipped to feed a calendar. Follow the show and new episodes arrive the moment they exist. When one drops, it’s worth your twelve minutes.
